I find a lot of the time the true measure of a company isn’t the quality of the product, but the willingness of their customer service to treat you like a valued customer as opposed to a cog who has already given them your money.

Oh it was a point & click, but it had most of the DSLR features, plus 18x zoom. I’m not saying the cameras suck, I’m saying that their costumer support sucks.

Yeah I like it, too bad Homeland security broke it. Basically try to mess around with the manual controls as much as you can and try to keep the iso as low as possible.
